Although in Brazil there is no legislation regarding the lobbying activity, PATRI works in accordance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the Lobbying Act, currently in force in the United States, and has kept itself updated and attuned to the legislation concerning such activities in the countries of the European Union.
- PATRI has strictly followed its own code of conduct, without any involvement in compromising situations throughout its existence.
- PATRI’s position towards legislation for lobbying activities in Brazil includes the support for public registration and disclosure of all providers of such services, both local and foreign ones.
